ONLINE BANKING AND BILL PAYMENT SERVICES
- There is no charge for the basic Online Banking service.
- The following Bill Payment fees apply:
- A monthly fee for using the Bill Payment Service is $4.50 which includes 10 bill payments. Bill payment with echecks are processed with eTelCharge.
- A transaction fee of 50 cents for each bill payment in excess of 10 bill payments per month applies.
- A non-sufficient fund fee for a returned bill payment is $20.
- A stop payment fee of $20 is assessed if you ask the bank or the bill payment service to stop payment on a scheduled bill payment. Payments processed with a credit card are through EMS. A stop payment request must be made at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled payment date. Note: scheduled payments may be canceled using your on-line PC at no cost to you, if they are canceled up to 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time the business day before your payment is scheduled to me made.
- A photocopy fee may be assessed for a canceled bill payment check. However, please note that, whenever possible, bill payments will be sent electronically.
